The abandoned road bed of the Upper Jenny Brook Road runs the length of the property on its upper (south) hillside. The property begins just past the neighbor's house and shed on the cul-de-sac. Enter at the large tree with blazed bark also near the utility pole #K28723. The electric line follows the same roadbed route with a pole #K28721 approximately at the far southeast corner of the property. Refer to the photographs to view the roadbed and electric poles. The most likely position for a home is on a narrow terraced step just below the old roadbed, accessed from a driveway to be cut in from the southwest corner of the property off of the cul-de-sac. The house would be stunning if cantilevered off of the terrace to emphasize the topography and assure the distant views are enjoyed.
